3.3 Account Security. 4.2 Currency. All transactions on the sm bet Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). sm bet is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱200 via GCash or PayMaya. Minimum amounts for bank transfers may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes for verified accounts. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times. sm bet reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. sm bet reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method before processing a withdrawal. Funds deposited via a specific method may be required to be withdrawn via the same method.
4.6 Fees. sm bet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which sm bet accepts no responsibility.

10.3 sm bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your sm bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude sm bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 By You. You may close your sm bet account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to verification.
11.2 By sm bet. sm bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) sm bet is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive; (c) sm bet reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity on your account; or (d) sm bet decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.

11.4 Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to Sections 7, 9, 10, and 12.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to sm bet's customer support team for informal resolution. sm bet will endeavour to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice of the dispute.
12.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding.
12.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, sm bet reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
13.1 sm bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.
